Cookie Balls *They’re secretly healthy

So my girls think they’re getting dessert, and I secretly know that this snack is all good.  It’s a win win.

1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut 

1 cup almond meal/flour 

1 cup organic quick oats 

1/4 cup ground chia seeds  *your coffee grinder is PERFECT for this.

1/4 cup ground golden flax seeds   *your coffee grinder is PERFECT for this.

handful of organic raisins

handful of rough chopped chocolate chips

1/2 cup peanut butter or any nut butter.

1/4 cup local raw honey

1 cup coconut oil

10 drops of Young Living Thieves

Mix all ingredients together, roll into balls, chill in refrigerator for about 30 minutes for them to harden before eating. Store in refrigerator.

If they aren’t sticking well enough to roll, add more coconut oil.

I really enjoy these as a sweet”treat” after a meal, and l love knowing that they are healthy.
