BREAKFAST, LUNCH, OR DESSERT SMOOTHIE

We drink smoothies all day.  I’ve never felt bad about paying an outrageous amount of money for a blender because we use it literally everyday.

The basics of our smoothie…

Always a can of organic coconut milk, we buy it by the case (amazon of course), kale or spinach.. mostly because you can always find organic spinach at SAMS Club and /or grow organic kale really easily. And then bananas and strawberries. SAMS also carries a large bag of frozen organic strawberries and bananas together.

You can blend up these few things with a little honey and some ice and have a really healthy, filling snack or breakfast.

OR add your favorite protien powder *I’m currently on the search for one like. (I’d love your recommendations)  I typically add a few scoops of Standard Process SP Complete.

Ok… protein powder, flax seeds or chia seeds, peanut butter, oats (to make it more filling), blueberries, etc..

OR you can add a scoop of vanilla ice cream, more ice so it’s thicker and serve it to your kids or yourself as dessert. Mine love it.
