Gluten Free Pancakes

Because its National Pancake Day… here we are!  New gluten free pancake recipe.

1 large banana (or 2 small) 

2 eggs

1/4 cup  Bob’s Red Mill Oats

1 tbsp Bob’s Red Mill Gluten- Free all purpose flour

1/4 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp vanilla

Throw it all into the VitaMix. Cook like normal pancakes. Serve with a drizzle of honey on top. Enjoy!
